Week 54

Tuesday: 3 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Round penned Fiona, cleaned stalls, groomed pony, and rode Secret. Then 1 hour at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave a lesson on Cliff.

Thursday: 1 hour at Laughing Buck Farm. Cleaned Cliff's pen and grained him. Then 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode buster.

Week 53

Tuesday: 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Fed and cleaned stalls.

Wednesday: 1 hour at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave a lesson on Lady.

Thursday: 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Round penned Secret and rode Buster.

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster and Annie.

Also taking care of 9 horses all week. Spent a total of 18 hours feeding, watering, turning out, and cleaning stalls.

Week 52

Tuesday: 3 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Fiona, round penned pony and rode Annie. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave a lesson on Cliff and cleaned his pen.

Thursday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Annie and pony.

Week 51

I got my wisdom teeth out this week, so there was no barn time for me. Instead, I spent probably about 4 hours working on my horse record book for 4-H and 2 hours watching horse training videos.

Week 50

The weather this week was awful. We got about 2 feet of snow, which is awesome for our pastures, but not so awesome for my riding. I spent most of the time stuck inside, so over the course of the week I spent about 6 hours working on my 4-H record book and planning shows and scheduling farrier appointments and work.

Week 49

This week is my spring break, so I'll be in Minnesota and be back at the barn next week!

Week 48

Tuesday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster and Apple. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave a lesson on Clifford and cleaned his pen.

Wednesday: I'm taking care of horses for a lady until Monday. I spent 4 hours there today cleaning pens, feeding, watering, and bringing horses in.

Thursday: 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Fed and rode Annie. Then 4 hours at the barn I'm horse sitting at. Fed, turned horses out, cleaned pens, fed and watered at night, and brought horses in.

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Round penned Ruby and rode Apple. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave pony rides and a lesson on Clifford. Then taking care of those horses for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at night.

Saturday: 2 hours feeding, watering, and turning horses out in the morning.

Week 46

Tuesday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Fiona in the round pen and round penned Brietta.

Thursday: 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster.

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Secret and Annie. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farms. Gave pony rides and then taught a lesson on Clifford.

Week 45

Tuesday: 3 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Apple and Buster and watched Sabrina ride Secret for her 6th ride.

Thursday: 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster.

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Round penned Secret with her head tied and then rode Apple. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Cleaned Cliff's pen and gave a lesson.

Secret was laying down to eat her breakfast when I went to get her :)

Week 44

Tuesday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster, and tied Secret's head around. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave pony rides and taught a lesson on Clifford.

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Annie and round penned Brietta. Then 1 hour at Laughing Buck Farm cleaning Cliff's pen.

Week 39

Tuesday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Apple working on counter cantering and beginning lead changes, and cleaned stalls. Then 3 hours at Laughing Buck Farms where I gave a lesson on Cliff, and a lesson on Lady, and gave pony rides.

Thursday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Mercedes and DG.

Friday: 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Mercedes. Then 1 hour at Laughing Buck Farms giving pony rides.

Week 38

Thursday: 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Helped load sawdust. Then 1 hour at Sunnyluck Farms. Lunged Buster. 

Friday: 2 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster, DG, and Denzel. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Gave a lesson to Bella on Clifford.

Week 37

Tuesday: 3 hours at Sunnyluck Farms. Rode Buster and Hollywood, working on loping lines with Buster and making sure that he doesn't back off of his speed going into stops. Then 2 hours at Laughing Buck Farm. Cleaned Clifford's pen, and gave a lesson on him to the girl who is leasing him.

Thursday and Friday: Sabrina was out of town these days, so I had a list of horses to work. Thursday I rode Buster, cleaned stalls, and round penned DG. Friday I rode Hollywood and bitted DG up in the arena.
